Breathing Exercise - A moment of relaxation
This is a breathing exercise to help relax and reduce stress levels.
This animation can help breathing in a slow and steady rhythm (6 breaths/min). Remember your breath throughout
the day and try to return to this slow and steady rhythm whenever you feel too stressed or anxious.
Just take some time for yourself, a moment of relaxation by focussing on your breath.
Technique: I wrote this animation in MATLAB.
